Brooks Cascadia 7

The American brand of running Brooks continues to update its models Trail Running. The design of the new Cascadia 7 seems very similar to the Cascadia 6.

Once inside our feet feel a sense of extreme comfort. The foot at the front, at the height of the metatarsals is quite lifted, this will help the transition and off the foot.

The flexibility is quite easy and super progressive. Curiously where more flex is up to the foot bridge, where is situated the inner plate that protects the soil irregularities. At the front of the buffer is not noticeable especially hard. In rear damping we are presented harder, in fact it is quite hard. Bearing plate to protect our foot of outgoing believe that this penalizes excessive cushioning.

With all this the Brooks Cascadia 7 are slippers with little feeling of the land, because all the technology it incorporates. Despite this we believe has slightly improved over the previous version.

One of the novelties of this version 7 is its system of tied asimétrico. This inclination, once seen, the truth is that it seems very logical, as it goes from the center of our instep to the big toe. In practice it works very well and believe it is more comfortable than traditional systems. Also it incorporates many holes to facilitate a little foot perspiration.

In conclusion, the Cascadia 7 remain, undoubtedly one of the most walkways shoes Trail Running. And this will continue as it is one of the most used shoes for runners who want to leave the asphalt gray (asphalt) and move to the brown and green (Trail). Its main highlight to improve would be the subject of the heel within the shoe, and even the stability of the entire rear, although details will not suffer if we take them for very technical terrain. Ideal for tracks and trails of difficulty Slipper easy or average. Trails for short, medium or long distance, although there are softer damping for these long corridors distancias. For low or average weight.
