PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE

Hello everyone!

To improve performance, various training methods altitude / hypoxia are currently used by elite athletes "live high and train up", "live high and train low (LHTL)" or more recently "live down and train up" .

Most recently, of "living down and train up", including efforts overcurrent or close to it, like speed workouts in hypoxia (RSH), regimes have proven to be beneficial for team sports athletes in improving adaptations peripheral and repeated sprints capacity.


There are many pros and cons of each method, but also can be made efficient combinations such as "live high and train up and down (LHTLH = LHTL + RSH)". This is probably the most recommended training for elite athletes.
