TRAIN YOUR MIND

Many runners train physically and expect the rest of sensations are taken alone or with the time. The body and mind have interaction.  
The sport psychology gives us the opportunity to train and enhance our mental capacity.

Concentration: It is essential for achieving the maximum level. The main element of concentration is the ability to focus attention on the task that is being developed without being distracted by internal or external stimuli.
The different sport demands require different attentional demands, may be these different according the situation.
The motivation is essential in life and in sport. Motivation allows the athlete to participate in its objectives and goals.
Self-confident: The degree of certainty that individuals have about their ability to succeed in sports.
Communication is essential, not only for runners also for the coaches.
Self-awareness: The runner must eventually be known in detail to know how to react to certain situations or emotions. The broker must know the influence of the environment and your body's response to use a tool of self-control.
The relaxation can help relieve stress, it facilitates recovery helps avoid excess muscle tension and reduces insomnia that can be often before a competition
The display is a technique to program the mind to a task. Involves all the senses, in sport all senses are important.

If you work the basic mental skills such as motivation, self-confidence, self-perception. You can have self-discipline in training, attitude and thinking positive.
